All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
My brain was bugged for more than 5 years. There are many who tapped me because those who tapped deliberately discredited me by inviting/instructing other people to join in the tapping for more than 5 years.
There is more than 1 tapping device that is planted on the head. My eyes are bugged apart, even though what do I saw is on brain.
The brain-tapping device not only taps the brain, but also emits sound inside the head directly to the brain (without going through the ears) so that it interrupts and exploits the brain at any time.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms without distinction of any kind.
Every day day and night I have to hear voices in my head that they have been broadcast deliberately and intimidating for years. plus I became so nervous because my brain was being watched by so many people all the time.
This is the worst invasion of privacy of all time, because the five senses become wired to all of them, because all the five senses are in the brain (consciousness). Even dreams are tapped. Everything we called privacy is lost.
They're even watching as I'm typing this.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
By making this report, at least, the world will know that this kind of crime is even happening and it turns out that this kind of tool (brain tapping device) is being used by certain agencies around us.
A human rights crime committed by the state in a structured and systematic way for years and has never been revealed before.
The category of human rights violation is heavy, because there is an element of torture and its duration is very long. The torture in question is psychological. Psychological torture.
The brain-tapping device has 3 functions: telepresence, mind control, and biotelemetry. "Telepresence" is a kind of video call that can send and receive sound and images to and from the brain.
"Mind control" can control the brain remotely. While "Biotelemetry" translates brain waves into sound and images.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
This tapping is illegal because it does not comply with the tapping procedure and there is no tapping permit and there are no cases other than the tapping itself which violates the law. They also deliberately defamed/discredited me since the beginning.
They do not respect human rights which are basic rights for every human being.
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
Even criminals should not be tapped on brain. What's more, not a criminal? Because this is very inhumane (crime against humanity) and violates the boundaries of humanity and arbitrary actions.
Immoral, degrading, libelous, unfair, and intentionally depriving privacy and human rights.
It's about HUMANITY and LEGALITY.
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
What was even more barbaric was that my family was told to tap my brain. Their ears are plugged in to listen to my brain. But instead, all of them were tapped so that the people who get tapped on brain become a lot.
Most of those who get tapped were lied to by those who tap. At first, they were asked to participate in the tapping, but instead they were also tapped. So that it becomes a lot of people who gets tapped on brain. There were even people I didn't know were tapped. Truly a humanity crisis.
